The virtual coach has been designed, tested and enhanced by a professional coach. It’s an AI, so it can get things wrong — trust your own judgment. Like all AI, it can reflect biases in how it was built. If a reply feels off or unfair, trust your judgment and let us know.
What it can and can’t do.
It can help you revisit your Lab models, think through real situations and plan small experiments. It can’t replace a human coach, give therapy, medical, legal or HR advice, or respond in an emergency.
