How the virtual coach works
What it is
The Elevated Leadership Basecamp App is a companion to IntegralOrg’s Elevated Leadership Program, sponsored by RBC. Between Labs, it helps you revisit the models you’ve learned, work through real leadership situations with an AI virtual coach, and turn what you’re learning into small, safe-to-learn experiments you can bring to your Learning Circle.
Who it’s for
Participants in the current Elevated Leadership cohort: senior leaders of Alberta non-profit organizations, invited by the program, aged 18 and over. It supports your Labs, your Learning Circle and your human coaches, but doesn’t replace them.
Model
GPT-4.1-mini (version 2025-04-14) through Microsoft Azure OpenAI, processed in Canada East. Not trained on your messages.
What it draws on
Only the Elevated Leadership Lab Summary Notes and the Basecamp Coaching Map, and only models from Labs you’ve already completed.
How it coaches
It asks before it suggests, follows a simple coaching structure in the background, and offers models and experiments only once you’ve done your own thinking.
Safety
Messages about crisis or harm get fixed, pre-approved replies, checked before the AI responds.
Who designed it
Designed and reviewed by Reframe Leadership Inc. and a certified ICF PCC coach, informed by the ICF Artificial Intelligence Coaching Framework and Standards.
Who can see your information
Your conversations stay on your device unless you add an email to use Basecamp on several devices. If you do, they’re stored securely and can be accessed only by Reframe Leadership Inc. to run the app, and by our app platform provider for technical support. IntegralOrg and RBC never see your conversations.
Your privacy and your choices
Conversations are not monitored, and the virtual coach cannot contact emergency services. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911.

Elevated Leadership Basecamp App is designed around Canadian privacy principles — PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA: consent, collecting only what’s needed, using messages only for coaching, safeguards, and your control. The AI provider’s processing location is disclosed here so you can decide whether to use the virtual coach. This is a design commitment, not a claim of certification or guaranteed compliance.
- Use “Export my data” in Settings to keep a copy of your work.
- You can delete any thread from “Your threads”. Deleted conversations can’t be recovered.
- Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what’s saved on this device.
